You need approval first - Architectural Request Forms

Our covenants require you to request approval from the board of directors BEFORE you make modification to your home or property.  Some examples are room additions, changing colors on the outside of the home, roofing, landscaping, fences, barns, storage sheds, etc.  No modifications are to take place until you receive written approval.  You may obtain the Architectural request form here.

Concerning the Retention Pond - NO SWIMMING, BOATING, OR ICE SKATING

There is no public access to the retention pond.  The only easements are for utility companies ONLY. Remember that these lots around the pond are PRIVATE PROPERTY. If someone was to get hurt on that land it would be the liability of the specific homeowner. If you wish to get back to the pond to fish please be courteous ask your neighbor if you can go through, be respectful and do not litter.

NO SWIMMING, BOATING, OR ICE SKATING -  IT IS DANGEROUS!
